Ticket types, the scan app, cancellations and the exchange.

Create ticket types per gig: price, quantity, optional sections and numbered seats (never double-sold).
On the night, open Scan on any phone: each QR admits once, and you see who came and when.
Cancel (auto-refunds buyers) or reschedule (tickets stay valid) from the gig page.
Fans can resell via the exchange — codes transfer safely to the buyer.
Review door data and sales in the data centre to plan the next one.
