Doors: scanning tickets & the door list
Scan QR codes in the app; walk-ins join the door list.
Every ticket carries a unique QR code. On the night, open the gig and use Scan — the camera reads the code, marks the ticket used with an entry time, and shows the buyer's name.
- No signal? Load the door list before doors; it works as the fallback manifest.
- Walk-ins: add them to the door list so the settlement figures stay honest.
- Double-scan: an already-used code flashes a warning with the original entry time — your call at the door.
After the show, scanned counts feed straight into the settlement and the band's attendance record.
