Contracts: offers, counters & signatures
Locked fair wording — you only negotiate the money.
- Offer: from a confirmed gig, accepted studio request, or any person's page. You set only the schedule: money, dates, extras.
- Counter: the other side can change the money — never the legal wording. Rounds are all shown.
- Sign: both sides sign the same version. Splits and setlists snapshot at signing.
- Complete: after the job date, the paying side marks complete — payouts are computed and due-dated.
- Paid: transfer the money, record the reference. The ledger shows everything to both sides.
Templates are fair standard-form starting points, not legal advice — see the terms.
